The data on this page is collected from publicly available information or Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests to local police departments and government agencies.
We have many outstanding FOIA requests with all departments, and we will continue to update this page as they reply.
Please note that there are many limitations to this data, largely stemming from the fact that the state is the source of the data and cannot be considered neutral or objective. For example, we have anecdotal evidence of people of color whose arrest records state that they are white. We are doing the best we can with the data we have!
